1. Consignment period is for 3 months.

 2. Items will be priced and marked down at store management's discretion. Any concerns about pricing should be addressed when clothing is brought in initially.

3. Consignor receives 40% of final selling price.

4. All clothing must be freshly dry-cleaned or laundered and pressed on hangers .If clothing does not meet the store's standards, it will be dry-cleaned at the consignor's expense (to be paid upon contract expiry.)

5. Payout on sold items will be made upon expiry of this contract or monthly on
accounts of $200.00 or more.

6. Outstanding contracts are void 6 months after expiry date.

7. Consignors are responsible for all contact regarding their account and reclaiming clothing.

8. If consignor fails to contact Dress to Suit Boutique Ltd. within 90 days of expiry date, all monies due and payable will be forfeited and clothing will be donated to a charity of DTS's choice. Dress to Suit Boutique Ltd. is not responsible for theft or damages of articles while on consignment.
